Another type of handlebar is the reverse handlebar, that is, the signal voltage changes from 4.2V-1.0V. The greater the handlebar opening, the slower the speed, or even stop. This turn handle is used less often. Generally, it also needs to cooperate with the controller. The controller will be marked with a working voltage of 4.2V-1.0V. Of course, it can also be adjusted, as long as the small magnetic poles (N, S) inside are adjusted by 180 degrees.
What failures will occur in the handlebar? For example, the phenomenon of speeding, the key is opened, and the motor rotates at the highest speed. This situation usually occurs when the negative wire of the handle is broken. Because the negative line is universal for the whole car, it can be connected to any negative line on the whole car. Now there are many big brands of electric vehicles designed: when the negative line is turned off, the controller will not send a rotation command to the motor. Another possibility is a controller failure (which rarely happens).
Some cars will slowly run when the key is turned on and the handlebar is not turned. This is also one of the more common failures of the handlebar. In this case, the handlebar should be replaced immediately because there is a huge potential safety hazard . In addition, the handle itself is not expensive. Generally, repair is not recommended, and a new handle is directly replaced. This situation can also be judged by measuring the signal line voltage. The signal voltage at this time will be higher than 1.0V.
It must be flexible to turn the handle back. Sometimes the car will not return to the minimum "throttle" and return too slowly after the car falls. In general, you can loosen the hexagonal screws that fix the handle first, turn the handle, and the position is flexible, and then tighten it. If it is still not flexible, please replace the handlebar.
